Dementia DataHub Opens Applications for Research Pilot Awards

The Dementia DataHub (DDH) is accepting applications for its Annual One-Year Research Pilot Awards, funded by the National Institute on Aging (R33AG094611). These awards support early-stage investigators, students, and public health professionals who want to use DDH surveillance data to investigate questions related to AD/ADRD diagnosis, health utilization, and related topics in Medicare claims.
A total of $40,000 is available to fund 1 to 4 projects. Each award also includes approximately $20,000 in project-funded technical support, including a paired DDH research scientist and programming access to 100% Medicare Research Identifiable Files through NORC's existing CMS data infrastructure.
Nonbinding letters of intent are due August 14, 2026. Full applications are due September 28, 2026.
